How do I know if I have an offer?
If you qualify for a promotion, you will get an email that will explain what you need to do to participate and how you must redeem it.

Help, I didn’t receive the reward I qualified for!
This normally occurs for one of three reasons:
- The qualifying criteria was met outside of the promotion’s validity period.
- The reward is not instant but will be credited at a later date. Check the email you received to confirm.
- The promotion was not redeemed on the My Offers page prior to making the qualifying purchase or deposit.
Where are my free entries?
Free entries are added to your account as “vouchers”. A voucher will remain in your account balance until it is played or expired.
To play a voucher, enter the lottery that it is valid for and buy 1 entry. The voucher will automatically be applied to your transaction, making the cost of the entry €0.00.
Why can I not use my bonus balance?
Your bonus balance can only be used when there is nothing left in your cash balance. Also note that bonuses can only be played on lotteries, whereas raffles; instant win games; scratchcards; casino games and Keno games only accept cash wagers.

For example, if there are two 10% discount offers available, players cannot combine them to create a bigger price reduction of 20%.
