The Weekly Tournaments
How do the weekly tournaments work?
Play any of the participating games using your cash balance. Players will receive email communication on which games are participating in the weekly tournaments. Minimum bet requirements might apply and will depend on the specific game rules for that specific week.
How do you win?
Hit the highest single spin win amount for your bet value and your name will automatically be added to Pragmatic Play’s leaderboard of winners.
This leaderboard is available in all participating games and it updates in real-time so you can follow the action as it happens.
Winning amounts will be dependent on your score and position on the leaderboard at the end of the tournament. If you do win, you will receive your winnings back in cash.
What can you win?
You can win cash! If you make it onto the leaderboard then you’ll walk away with your share of that week’s pool prize. At the end of the tournament, all cash prizes will be credited to the player’s account on Thursday.

When is Drops & Wins available to play?
The tournaments are available to play every week and they run from Wednesday to Wednesday. Each time a new tournament is launched, you will receive an email to let you know. All weekly prizes are added as cash into your account within 48 hours of the tournament ending and all daily prizes are credited within 48 hours of winning.

How do I know if I have an offer?

Help, I didn’t receive the reward I qualified for!
This normally occurs for one of three reasons:
- The qualifying criteria was met outside of the promotion’s validity period
- The reward is not instant, but will be credited at a later date. Check the email you received to confirm if such is the case.
- The promotion was not redeemed on [page] prior to making the qualifying purchase or deposit.
Where are my free entries?
Free entries are added to your account as “vouchers”. A voucher will remain in your account balance until it is played or expired.
To play a voucher, you simply need to enter the lottery game to which it is valid and buy 1 entry. The voucher is automatically applied to your transaction, making the cost of the entry €0.00.
Why can I not use my bonus balance?
Your bonus balance is only used when there is nothing left in your cash balance. Also note that bonuses can only be played on lottery games, whereas raffles; instant win games; scratchcards; casino games and Keno games only accept cash wagers.
